' Why are my pots not selling?'
The successful pot maker was as usual sleeping under a tree after finishing his fifteen pots. He opened his eyes and looked at the angry potter. Rubbing his eyes he asked the failed potter:
‘What you wanted to become in your life?'
The failed potter felt calm in his heart as he heard the soft voice of his brethren potter. He sat on the edge of the string bed where the potter was still lying.
‘Artist,’ replied the failed potter.
The successful potter sat up, smiled softly and patted on the shoulder of the other potter and said:
‘That’s why brother, that's why. I always wanted to become a successful potter. I am not in the wrong trade.'
The failed potter understood the reason and left the village to go to the city to pursue his dream. As he was leaving the village the successful potter advised:
‘ Just let your soul guide your work and you will succeed.’
