In a bid to eat healthy and try and get fit again, my daily routine and eating habits have changed for the better, ditching white bread, pasta (for lent) and cutting back on my lifetime weakness: crisps, in favour of lots of fish, fruit and vegetables. I'm exercising a lot more, including 60 squats every morning and am already noticing the difference. Whilst these Get More Vitamin Drinks aren't a new release I wanted to share what drink I turn to when I'm working out, as a flavoured alternative to bottled water. With few calories, no added sugar, and a variety of fruity flavours these are definitely a healthy option. I picked mine up at a local supermarket and will be stocking up on a few more.
