We bought this boiler 5 years ago. It has yet to make it through a single winter without failing. Worcester Bosch have failed to find the recurring fault which seems to occur during long bouts of cold weather. Can you diagnose it? Are we entitled to a replacement given that it has never met its full requirements. Edit: Changed title to reflect information received.
