The charts above are from a recent Gallup Poll -- done between June 1st and July 5th of this year among a national sample of 1,381 adults, with a 3 point margin of error.
It shows that a 21st Century low percentage of people are satisfied that women are treated equally in our society (53% of adults, 44% of women, and 61% of men).
