Woman Allegedly Stabs Her Husband’s 18-Year-Old Nephew To Death In Ogun

The PUNCH studies that the boys of Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 30-year-old housewife, Cynthia Olukiowu, for allegedly stabbing an 18-year-old nephew of her husband, Habeeb Aremu, to demise over a disagreement.

The suspect, who resides within the Ifo Native Authorities Space of the state was arrested on Saturday by policemen.

The Ogun Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a press release on Sunday.

Oyeyemi stated the suspect was arrested following a misery name obtained by policemen connected to Agbado divisional headquarters.

He defined that the police have been instructed {that a} boy was stabbed within the neck by his uncle's spouse, following a misunderstanding after the deceased allegedly broke a mirror.

Oyeyemi stated, "It was revealed {that a} mirror utilized in the home bought damaged and the deceased was alleged to have damaged it.

"It was the allegation that led to disagreement between the deceased and his uncle's spouse, subsequent upon which the suspect took a kitchen knife and used it to stab the deceased in his neck. "Upon the misery name, the DPO Agbado division CSP Kehinde Kuranga shortly led his males to the scene, the place the suspect was promptly arrested, and the sufferer who was within the pool of his personal blood was rushed to hospital.

"He was unfortunately confirmed dead by the doctor on duty and his corpse was deposited at Ifo general hospital mortuary for autopsy."
