Wizz Air Introduces the Fare Lock Service

Wizz Air launches a new service for its customers called Fare Lock, which will allow passengers to “block” the price and package for the selected flight for 48 hours.

• Fare Lock is an innovative service that gives WIZZ passengers the possibility to secure a selected tariff for a 48-hour period with a fee of 14 Ron (EUR 3) per segment / person • Fare Lock is available for bookings made more than 7 days prior to the departure date or the date of the first flight in the case of a return flight • Fare Lock is available on wizzair.com and can be used for round-trip and / or return flight reservations and for more passengers. Selected flights as well as the name or number of passengers can not be changed in relation to the guaranteed fare after the Fare Lock payment • In order to complete the reservation at the price guaranteed by Fare Lock, WIZZ customers will have to pay the full amount of the charge with the card or using the credit from MyWIZZ account within 48 hours by visiting the My Bookings page • If the reservation has not been completed within 48 hours of using the Fare Lock service, the reserved charge will be automatically canceled.
