With just a 5-minute prep and 15-minute cook time, our Time-Saver Turkey Chili is here to save the day. Not only is it delicious, it’s also packed with nutrient-rich superfoods that fuel the brain. Bonus: you can let it simmer while you’re studying! What’s something you always add to chili?

Ingredients (serves 4)
— 1 tsp olive oil (antioxidants)
— 1 large onion chopped (antioxidants)
— 2 garlic cloves minced (vitamin B6)
— 1 lb lean ground turkey
— 1 14-oz can diced tomatoes
— 2 tbsp tomato paste
— 1/2 cup chicken broth (amino acids)
— 1 14-oz can corn kernels drained and rinsed (magnesium)
— 1 14-oz can black beans drained and rinsed
— 1 4-oz can diced jalapeños (vitamin K)
— 1 tbsp chili powder (potassium)
— 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (calcium)
— *salt and pepper to taste
