This is a typical winter breakfast which we used to have it as a big joint family when we were quite small and used to wonder whats the fuss about, now with the typical small nuclear families in place this dish was forgotten.
When the whole family met on a weekend and the chilly winter in place, the breakfast for kings took place and it was an occasion to remember.
A layer of mince meat in the bottom followed with a layer of Lasun on top , followed by raw eggs and hot ghee added on top of the eggs , where the ghee cooks the eggs
