WIN a New House From the Dept. of Housing

Apply by May 18th to be a part of the House Lottery offered by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).  The winning eligible applicant will be able to purchase a home in Lanham for below market value and DHCD will provide closing costs and 5% downpayment.

The home will be fully renovated, have energy star standards, and be landscaped and fenced. The name of the winner of the House Lottery will be drawn at the 2012 Prince George’s County Housing Fair on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, MD.  YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
