Some of you may be surprised to see an Indianapolis event on little Indiana but I’ve got a few reasons: the launch of Big City, little Indiana and the DigIN emphasis on fresh and local!

I already wrote a bit about this unique event on the DigIN blog but to sum it up, it’s a fantastic way to get to see (and taste!) what Hoosiers are doing in the world of food, wine, and beer!
More than just eating a range of food prepared by amazing Indiana chefs, you’ll find cooking demonstrations, discussion panels, and live music to help round things out.
DigIN is pretty much a day long food extravaganza! With these tickets, you can head in at 12 PM CST and stay until the conclusion of the event at 5 PM CST.
What’s more–it seemed like a great time to share the launch of Big City, little Indiana, a sister website to little Indiana that is devoted to everything mom and pop in places with populations of 15,001 and higher! I’ve assembled a fantastic team of folks that live in Indiana cities across the state to cover the goings on in the part of Indiana that they call “home.” You can bet that I’ll be sharing my experience on Big City, little Indiana later!
