Wild Blueberries!

Wild blueberries have two times the antioxidant capacity of the larger cultivated blueberries, they’re good for you!

I made a scrumptuous blueberry smoothie with my bag of frozen wild blueberries (you can get these at just about any super market). The smoothie was enjoyed by the whole family, my almost six year old daughter is very fond of blueberries, and she loved the flavor of the wild blueberries; wild blueberries have a more intense flavor than regular blueberries.

Recipe:

1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberris
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1 cup orange juice
