We are less than a week away from Boots & Hearts kicking off its 4th Year. This year we celebrate in a new home. Burls Creek is the new home to Boots & Hearts and its little sister WayHome Music & Arts Festival. We wanted to give you the top 5 reasons you won't want to miss this years Boots & Hearts Coors Banquet Kick Off Party!

5. Having a chance to see Jess Moskaluke perform on the Front Porch stage for those that missed her shorten set last year I am sure this year she will make it count. Having had the chance to see Jess on a couple of occasions over the last 12 months I can promise you this girl is going to bring it!

4. Old Dominion will be making their first appearance at Boots & Hearts this year. We haven't had the chance to see this group yet but from the reviews we have read about previous performances we know that they will not disappoint. The only thing I could see being an issue is the length of their set! We may want another 20 or 30 min with these guys! Don't miss these guys. Get that tent set up and get your asses over to see these guys rock the stage!

3. Well now that we are getting to the meat of the reasons. For those of you that haven't been able to catch Blackjack Billy during one of the Bands on The Run Tour gigs or maybe one of their few stops earlier this summer. throughout Ontario I spent the night with the boys on a "Booze Cruise" in the beautiful Muskoka region and let me tell ya they rocked that boat. And when the boys get on stage trust me its going to be a party. Noll, Jeff, Brad & Rob bring one of the best party shows to the stage with a run of non stop upbeat get that fist pumpin' and beer chuggin' boot stomp on.

2. So the obvious one here are the Road Hammers. And well that's an understatement. The Road Hammers are Canada's Party Band. They bring the fun by the bucket loads. From the amazing musicians on stage to what I believe could be a second career for front man Jason McCoy he really could do stand up comedy. But I can honestly say these guys are a non-stop good time. Last year we lost their main stage set on the Saturday I believe and this year they kick this party off. I can't wait!

1. The party itself... I mean bring all this great music together and pair it with about 30,000 country music lovers. I can promise you, you won't be disappointed. I know last years kickoff party was a HUGE success with Brett Kissel and Dallas Smith headlining the amazing night. But I really think the fine folks over at Republic Live have set the tone with such a great night of music, We will be there so you can guarantee we will have all your coverage from Day 1 of Boots & Hearts! Watch for more #BootsLife Updates...
