No, it is not because they are the furthest from Australoids, and no one knows if Australoids are the most archaic human race. Instead it is the lack of body hair, the small size, the high intelligence, the low aggression and crime rate, the neoteny, the low sexual dimorphism, the late maturation, the calm, cool, and collected babies, the low extroversion and high introversion, the tendency to create orderly and peaceful societies wherever they go, all of these would imply that they are the most advanced race. This is probably what humans would look like as they get more and more advanced.
