Whole Wheat Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:
50g Oats
50g Whole Wheat Flour
300ml Milk
Egg
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
25g Sugar
25g Melted Butter
Pinch Salt

Into a blender/Vitamix add all the ingredients

Blend and blitz for 1-2 minutes to ensure the oats are all blended. If using a Vitamix blend for 30 seconds.

Heat a medium fry with spray oil and pour in a some batter, and swirl around the bottom of the pan and cook over medium heat until starts to set.

Once set – flip and cook the other side.

Add some filing such as fresh fruit like bananas and strawberries, with some chocolate chips and sugar.

And enjoy warm.
