Whole-wheat Low Fat Quiche

Ingredients:
75g whole-wheat Flour
25g Light margarine Cold
2 Egg
2 Egg Whites
60g Cheese
Splash of Milk
Quorn chorizo slices
Olives
Spinach

In a bowl measure the 75g of whole-wheat flour and add cold margarine

Using your hands crumble the margarine into the flour until it looks like bread crumbs

Add a whole egg to the flour mixture and briefly knead

Split the dough between 2 4inch tins and press into the bottom of the tin

 

.In a jug add the milk, 1 egg and 2 egg whites and beat, season with salt and pepper. Add the shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Add fillings such as Olives, raw spinach & quorn chorizo slices into the tin and pour in the egg mixture.

Bake in the oven at 200c for about 20-25 minutes and serve.
