Why?: Because plaid is hot for fall, pencil skirts flatter most body shapes and the heavier weight flannel fabric will keep you warm when you wear a skirt in the winter. Because all the colors in the skirt give you plenty of mixing-and-matching options.
How?: For this look, I decided to cut the traditional vibe with a Levi’s dark denim wash shirt, Ralph Lauren Kyla cognac boots and MICHAEL Michael Kors handbag, melange scarf that picks up all the colors of the outfit, camel coat from Boden and gold wave brushed hoop earrings.
