">Who is the fille bertha? An illustrator, many would answer. ">
">
">A dreamer, maybe are going to tell, those who know a bit better her work.

">

">A girl, the girl who is in many of us, I’d like to think.

">

">

">The very first time I met the dreamlike and captivating Alessandra Pulixi’s art, was in January, at Quattromani‘s fashion show.

">

">

">I felt immediately attracted by that thin, imperfect, somehow naive, way of drawing. Few simple lines and bold colors, deeply full of meaning.

In her drawings there is a whole world.

">

">

">Her world, but that can easily be my own one and who knows how many other filles.

">

">

">I never spoke with Alessandra about the real meaning of her work, but I visited the “Contemplation” exhibition which was held in Milan, during Design Week.

Contemplation and reflection to better understand our inner world.

And she seems to do it in a great way, through her design, representing female characters - different faces of the same fille bertha?- who tell us about enchanted stories sometimes, who take on the likeness of
