A while ago I saw the two major retrospectives of Yayoi Kusama and Damien Hirst at the Tate Modern. It's easy to see why Yayoi Kusama is one of Japan’s most important living artists and how influential and spotty her work is. Damien's exhibition runs until September brings together his key works from over twenty years, it's huge, part spotty, part smelly and impressive.
