Pale Ale / IPA

Whitstable Bay Organic Ale is named after the Kent coastal town, famed for its oysters, and makes a great partner for light dishes such as seafood and salads. It is a light, refreshing 4.5% abv pale ale

Clear orange-amber colour with good carbonation. Slightly sweet and distinctly harsh. Tastes of mild caramel malt with dry finish. Fruity ale yeast. A dry herbal bitterness upon swallowing. Weak body.

Average beer at an okay price and one i might have forgotten if i hadnt written it down.

Aroma: Aroma of faint malt

Taste: mild caramel malt with a very dry finish
