Frankie Rose opened the night to an already full Webster Hall, performing rhythmic songs accompanied by vocals ranging from dreamy and gentle to faster-paced rock. The audience was visibly enjoying themselves as the sound filled the space, creating a beautiful, exciting atmosphere. As White Lies came on, Harry, the front man, only briefly greeted his fans and immediately kicked off the show with one of their energetic hits “To Lose My Life”, getting the crowd cheering — I could literally feel the energy rise. Among their other hits such as “Farewell to the Fairground” and “Bigger than Us”, they also played songs from their new album Big TV, maintaining the excitement of the fans until the very end!
