They have this cool fan of teeth so after each 15-minute session, you can hold it up to your mouth and check the progress of your whitening and track your progress. I lightened my teeth 3 shades! I did have some sensitivity a few hours afterwards, much like when you would get your braces tightened and your teeth would ache a bit the next day. But within 24 hours it was gone and I had a dazzling white smile!!
