White Chocolate Cherry Scones Recipe
You know my great love for scones recipes by now–and I am in total love with this White Chocolate and Cherry Scones recipe. It’s such a fast and delicious way to start the day!
This may very well be my favorite scone recipe ever. It’s different and sweet and the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee or tea.
Our boys really enjoyed these White Chocolate Chip and Cherry Scones too. They did pick out the dried cherries but I think next time I may see what happens if I chop them up a bit. It might be the large size that threw them off!

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 6 Tablespoons Cold Butter
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Vanilla Yogurt

- Knead in the Dried Cherries and White Baking Chips.
- On a greased baking sheet, pat the dough into two 9" circles.
- Cut each circle into eight wedges and separate wedges.
- Brush with the remaining Milk.
- Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These are our new favorite thing! Even the kids enjoyed these--although they picked out the Dried Cherries. ;)
