S-Stay hydrated(Drink plenty of water and Electrolyte drinks)
M-Move to the shades very often
A-Avoid hiking in the heat of the day
R-Rest often(Sit as much as possible)
T-Turn your shirts and hat to wet and wear wet scarf around your neck
E-Eat often (Carbohydrates and Salty foods)
R-Rangers to talk safety,plan ahead,set realistic goals and pay attention enjoy the view.
