The Yuga Labs’ NFT story about the “Bored Ape Yacht Club” now includes the “Trial of Jimmy the Monkey.” The first of the six expansion steps is a strange, mysterious short movie. it was launched by the BAYC founders Wylie Aronow and Greg Solano, opening a new chapter in the BAYC world.

The Trial of Jimmy the Monkey BAYC Is Strangely Interesting The Trial was “some really crazy shit,” according to Lore BAYC co-founder Garga. The short film that was released recently showed us how bizarre things may go in the BAYC world. Jimmy, a monkey from BAYC, enters an outhouse during a party to use the restroom at the beginning of the clip. The BAYC mascot Curtis observes Jimmy as he enters the restroom in this manner. He turns around and walks away since the smell disgusts him.
However, just as Curtis is about to depart, a BAYC knight emerges from the pot and arrows and knives start flying all around him. The Knight then hands Curtis a box with little information on it. The box in question was also the identical one that was published earlier this month on the BAYC Twitter account. A unique key is taken out of the box by the Knight and given to Curtis. He quickly gets up to leave to use the restroom. When Curtis emerges from the bathroom, they all join the celebration. They continue to consume too much booze while not giving a concern about the box or key.
The Apes’ lives appear dull and routine until Jimmy, who is drunk, manages to swallow the key. Then, in an effort to capture him and steal the key from him, the Apes begin racing after him. Jimmy then returns to the outhouse and closes the door. The key is then attempted to be “ejected” through another hole after first attempting to throw it up. Jimmy passes out on the toilet seat because this strategy does not, unfortunately, go as planned. Curtis and the other apes then devise a last-ditch scheme: they’ll dig in the sewers and get the key from under Jimmy’s butt! The video has now come to an end.

That’s crazy, holy sh*t, Batman. In the BAYC universe, the questions of what and why don’t seem to be valid. In spite of this, the video also seems to have a great sci-fi vibe. Some of the less evident aspects in the BAYC film have been discussed in a brief thread created by Twitter user @Ryder3332. The video, so they claim, contains hints on how to travel across time. Jimmy is seen handing Curtis a package with the same expression on his face as the initial photo when you zoom in on the black-and-white portrait in the toilet. Additionally, they claim that there might be a Curtis (captain) for each era. This is the case since the Knight’s helm bears the identical captain emblem. Alternately, you might believe that Curtis is related to the toilet knight.
On BAYC’s road map, The Trial of Jimmy the Monkey is merely the first of six steps. The “Mystery Reveal,” the preparation of the mint, an interactive mint that lasts for a number of weeks, the reveal of the mint, and the subsequent portions of the story are the following parts of the narrative.
