Another day, another presentation. At least thats how my life feels right now. And after a crazy stressful day (lots of massive last min decisions from boss, practically changing every powerpoint slide which triggered a complete melt-down and a few tears from me (thankfully my work big bro was there to get me and the presentation together on time), it actually wasn’t too bad. I am completely drained now and still have to finalise massive report. And, there’s only a fortnight or so until the next, even bigger and more important, conference talk! Pressure.
Anyway as promised here’s some pics of what I wore.
It was along the same line as last time (fitted shift dress) – you can see what I wore to the previous presentation here. This wasn’t deliberate, though they are easy and perfect for things like this as I think a minimal, fuss-free look is key to looking professional. I wanted to exploit the albeit short-lived burst of sunshine we had toda,y so thought this was the perfect summery work-approporiate attire. I also realised that this is one of those dresses I bought ages ago and can’t ever remember actually wearing! I know this is bad, but I was always scared of ruining it (as its all-white). Finally coming to my senses, I decided to let this baby have an outing. So glad I did, this is one of those dresses that just makes me feel good and on top, despite my rocky day!

Song of the day is the first song that played on the radio this evening on my drive home. Isn’t it funny when a song starts playing and it completely fits with your mood like your own little life soundtrack?
