But really what is for dinner?
I must get asked this question at least 5 times a day DESPITE having a meal planner in my kitchen. I’ve followed Sarah on Instagram for a while and was attracted to her fuss free, tasty looking recipes. As soon as I saw her book I knew I was going to end up with it as who can resist a good meal plan where even the shopping list is written for you?
I confess I haven’t followed the 10 weeks of meal plans, my week just isn’t accommodating enough for me to cook every night and heaven forbid I should pass my husband a recipe to follow. I have however made many an easy meal from the book (we are having the Greek salad bowl tonight) with more still I’m looking forward to making. Ingredients are few, washing up is minimal and frozen veg is not looked down upon. Sarah is my kind of lady when it comes to getting a family meal on the table.
I just have one issue with the book – everyone knows it’s tea not dinner!
