What Makes YOU Sparkle?

When I graduated college, I went through a quarter life crisis; I missed my friends. I missed drinking a few times a week (didn't miss the hangovers though). I missed the campus. I missed belonging to something. I missed my routine. I just missed everything about the little life I had made in beautiful Oxford, Ohio.
I accepted a job after graduating and had high hopes of it turning into more than it ended up being. I changed jobs a few months after that and then changed jobs again a few months after that. I was at my job for 6 months or so when I met my husband and then stayed there for another 6 months before we were moved to Fort Drum, NY.
I know what you're thinking... get to the point lady! And I'm getting there, promise.
When Z deployed, I was super sad and felt a little lost. I was 24 years old, living with my parents, and had no sense of direction. I worked at one of my old jobs and tried to pick up some new hobbies to stay busy but I didn't really feel like me. But when he returned home, I felt like I could focus on me again.
We welcomed our son into the world.
I explored my love for photography.
My blog had become more than I ever imagined.
I made a ton of friends on our new post.
I began working out again.
I felt like I was slowly but surely getting my sparkle back. And if we're being honest, the word sparkle totally makes me giggle because of our good friend Tiara right here...

But anyways, all of these things make feel like me. And as a mom, I sometimes forget that I need to have these little vices that make me happy.
What makes you sparkle? Because if you feel like sharing it, you could win a trip to the Westin Diplomat in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Airfare, hotel, and spa treatments for four. Count me IN!
