So I'm definitely one of those people that likes to poke fun at those who wear denim in a form other than jeans (jorts, jirts, you get the point). Well, I have a special announcement to make: I have become one of them. I am now officially a convert...or a victim of a bad fashion trend revival. The jury is still out on that one. Either way, I broke down and bought a jean jacket the other day and I have to say, I don't hate it. Not one bit. I honestly have had my eye on one for a while, ever since my friend started rocking hers with maxi skirts and dresses. I thought I was doing the right thing when I threw mine out back in high school! Apparently I was terribly wrong. Anyway, I opted for this BCBG beaut- it's not quite traditional, but not too crazy different either. I like to think of it as the jean jacket reborn. Leather sleeves spice it up a bit. Wouldn't you agree? But I'm definitely a fan. So you tell me: Am I crazy or is this whole jean jacket look a keeper?
