I love my black ADORA Bags tote and have been using it regularly since I received it last year (most recently seen here). It's a great commuter bag; the 100% Italian full grain leather is soft enough to handle awkward contents like my work shoes and my lunch bag, but durable enough to survive heavy loads and lots of use. The pouch on the removable strap is great to hold smaller purse contents and also become a clutch for after-work events. But it's also a fave for weekends as I can stow small purchases when running errands, carry Em's jacket, and use it as my purse. I love the hook inside that transforms it from a wide-mouth tote to a slimmer style that has a more secure closure. I also use the hook to keep my keys easily accessible.
ADORA Bags are handcrafted by sixth-generation leather craftsman Piero Di Ienno of Vinci, Italy. Piero has been crafting leather goods for over 40 years ; before choosing to work for ADORA he worked for brands famous for quality leather like Prada, Gucci, and Armani. ADORA will never outsource production overseas, desiring quality control as well as the prosperity of the craftspeople of Tuscany. ADORA's founders Matteo Gamberale and Matteo Gemignani grew up in Tuscany and were inspired to create a luxury bag line that celebrates the Italian passion for style combined with the quality of Tuscan craftsmanship. Bags of this quality usually cost far more, but because they bypass retailers and middlemen, ADORA bypasses the associated marked up prices.
