Samsung recently launched two new tablets in the Indian market. They are the Galaxy Tab A10.1 and Galaxy Tab S5e. These are slim and lightweight tablets which have an edge-to-edge display and a performance similar to PC.
However, both are different from one and other. Galaxy Tab S5e is a mid-range premium tablet with Super AMOLED display and quad speakers. The Tab A10.1 is a cheaper option with narrow bezels that is sure to immerse its viewers.

• Galaxy Tab S5e specifications
This is one of the slimmest and lightweight tablets in the market. It weighs approx. 400 grams and measures just 5.5mm in thickness. The tablet has a big 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. It is loaded with a powerful Snapdragon 670 chipset and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB via a microSD card.

This is an affordable tablet and is designed for entertainment-focused users. Tab A 10.1 has a sharp a 10.1-inch FHD+ LCD display. It is a bit on the heavier side with 470 grams and is measured at 7.5mm in thickness.
The tablet has a powerful Exynos 7904A octa-core chipset. It is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage with an option to expand. It houses a 6,150mAh battery and supports dual Dolby Atmos speakers. It has a medium range 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Tab A 10.1 runs on Android Pie and has One UI.
Samsung has added a kid mode which offers restricted apps and media for children. This mode also allows parents to monitor their kid’s usage and what they use.
Price:
The Galaxy Tab S5e has a base price of Rs 35,999, which supports only Wi-Fi. While the Wi-Fi + LTE model is priced at Rs 39,999. The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is more affordable at Rs 14,999, and this model supports Wi-Fi only. The Wi-Fi + LTE model is priced at Rs 19,999.

Final Verdict:
Lenovo is the current leader of the tablet market in India, Samsung is not very far away. But with these tablets, you can be sure Samsung will catch up with Lenovo and maybe even pass them.
Both of these tablets are pretty standard with their price. People may point out the low RAMs in these tablets. However, this won’t affect the performance much. Benchmark results show PUBG runs very smoothly in HD graphics on both tablets. The performance is pretty standard according to their price. There isn’t something big in both of these tablets, you will get what it says.
You should buy Galaxy Tab A 10.1 if you are looking for a decent tablet while Galaxy 5Se is fancier in every aspect.
