What Are Those Round Little Cinnamon Sugar Cookies You Make?

By Dianefergurson

I got yet another request yesterday for my Snickerdoodle cookie recipe, so I decided I'd better keep my promise and post it on my blog.  I usually make these cookies every Christmas and often give them as gifts.  They are pretty standard fair in the Midwest, but when I moved East I was surprised how many people had never heard of the cookie or tasted them.  I've had other people tell me who are familiar with Snickerdoodles that this is just a particularly good recipe.  Last year I brought a batch right out of the oven to my eye doctor.  He still talks on and on about that every time I see him, and at one point actually suggested that I should open a catering business?!  Too funny.  Not in this lifetime Dr. F., but I'll definitely be bringing you some again this week so get ready!
enjoy!
