Summer’s over and with it go the fresh seasonal peaches that I cooked and baked with quite a bit over the season. Flash freezing, blanching, cutting, canning and jamming are just a few of the many ways I prepared my peaches throughout the summer. Jam making was a new skill that I cultivated and I do declare that I am hooked. My Tomato Lemon Marmalade was a hug hit so I knew I had to create a jam that paid homage to the wonderful peach.
