1) The Lego Movie- 69.1M Weekend, 69.1M Total
That sound you hear was the stamp of approval of a second Lego Movie. With 69.1 million in three days, the second highest opening in February of All Time, the 69th highest opening of All Time, and an opening that outpaces other animated hits like Frozen, Up, Brave, and Cars 2. It’s a big enough opening to directly affect the upcoming movies, including Robocop (opening Wednesday), and About Last Night (opening Friday). It could mean that no newcomer will open to number one, as it is likely The Lego Movie will still get 40-45M next weekend. It managed an A cinemascore, which will help with longevity. It should break 100M before it reaches the 10 day mark.
2) The Monuments Men- 22.7M Weekend, 22.7M Total
Chalk this up to the power of Matt Damon and George Clooney. The delayed war film opened slightly above expectations, and managed a B+ cinemascore. It will face some slight direct competition from Robocop (as guys will be pulled to the new action flick, rather than an ambiguous action/war film).

4) Frozen- 6.9M Weekend, 368.7M Total
5) That Awkward Moment- 5.5M Weekend, 16.6M Total
6) Lone Survivor- 5.2M Weekend, 112.2M Total

This bombed. Hard. Even worse than City Of Bones. I can’t imagine anyone greenlighting a sequel to this.
