THE SHOWS

Big Brother
  • It's only week 1 and Jace is already sooo bored that he's streaking on national TV? Glad he got it in (well…out actually) before he gets booted!
  • I feel the need to pause my TiVO and analyze all of Austin's tattoos to find a secret message
  • Did the camera catch Austin picking his butt?
  • Did #Cloudtown get voted in as an official alliance name?
  • What was on James's nails?
  • When Austin wears his top hat doesn't he look like Slash from Guns & Roses?
  • Austin and Jace were wayyyyy too happy when James chose Austin to host the veto
  • The Mama Da Counting Scandal was enjoyable and I believe those were the first tears shed this season
  • Have we ever seen all the luggage before? Not that I can recall. It was in the storage room for some reason which its never been before.
  • Clay's eyebrows hypnotize me
  • I would think that DaVonne's eye flutters and extended closures would be dangerous while driving a car
  • I wonder if DaVonne will talk TO us all Summer long. I actually felt like she was talking RIGHT to me.
  • Whoooa the have-not room is a dentist office. BRUTAL but of course John felt all tingly when he saw it.
  • How long does it take to set up the yard for these challenges. Noseascotia had to take at least a day. Did they put tidy bowl in the water?
  • Geek Steve, who looks like Steve from Blues Clues, shed some nasty bandaids during the competition it grossed me out.
  • Who even has the word "trombonists" in their brain? Steve from Blues Clues, that's who.
  • John the Dentist spelled "boogers" Now that makes sense to me
  • Loved that Geek Steve knew that he didn't have the longest word in BB history and that Brendan did and that word was "understanding" I'm a HUGE BB fan and I had no idea
  • What was Geek Steve doing in the storage room after winning the veto? Was he freaking out?
  • SO glad that James stuck to his plan and put up Jace.
  • See ya SUCKA!
SUITS Suits is getting super, super intense. I of course have a few issues. We needed a new villain, I get that. The fact that we've NEVER heard of Jack Soloff before, he's not a name partner, and can screw with everything, makes no sense at all. Jessica, Harvey and Louis have to be able to override him, right? Loved that Harvey went secretary shopping and chose the polar opposite of Donna, looks wise, and yet, she has a lot of Donna in her. It could be pretty cool, but Harvey's having panic attacks and warning Louis that one day he WILL lose Donna, so if we believe in foreshadowing, Donna will leave Louis at some point. Maybe it's the final ep, maybe not, but it will happen and we all know it. Mike got a haircut and signed the prenup that Rachel's Dad wanted him to only one problem,  Rachel's not going to sign it. She went for some therapy with Dr. Jessica Pearson who apparently got her medical license in between court appearances and decorator appointments.  BTW…do we think that there are actually offices anywhere even remotely close to Jessica's? Besides it's massive square footage, the decor is out of control. Big revelation about Harvey paying Donna's salary. HUGE. Of course Louis and Harvey got into it about this. Typical Harvey/Louis antics. Harvey apologizes the second before Louis's payback plan spreads wide. I called that one (in my family room) big time.
Flipping Out Whoa. Jeff Lewis Designs is crazy busy these days. They even had to hire a new guy named Joe. Joe had to be hired purely for TV purposes because there is NO way people as clueless as he is gets hired for any other reason. Besides his cluelessness, the holes in his earlobes let in an awful lot of light which is something I've never seen before. Gage still bugs the crap out of both me and Zoila. Big news…JEFF HAS A 90210'er as a client!!! David Silver, aka Brian Austin Green and his wife Megan Fox, hired the gang to do a 1MM renovation on the Bing Crosby estate they bought. OMG sooooo exiting for this 90210 lover. Not a huge Chaz Dean fan, but he has been good to Jeff so I tolerate him. Bad meeting with Chaz and the JLD team that set Jeff off big time. Looks like a good season is coming our way!

Comedians in Cars

http://comediansincarsgettingcoffee.com/trevor-noah-thats-the-whole-point-of-apartheid-jerry
Gotta be honest, I was realllly bored with this weeks episode. Jerry had Jon Stewart's replacement, Trevor Noah in the passenger seat and while I did enjoy his accent for a few minutes, I felt like I was being lulled to sleep. Not one of my faves at all. Much more a South Africa history lesson than anything else. No major funny stuff at all. Just made me have even bigger concerns for The Daily Show. Hope Jon Stewart wasn't watching.
THE OTHER STUFF

-TV Land pulled Dukes of Hazzard because of the General Lee. I'm pretty sure the General Lee is one of the most iconic cars in TV history. Gotta say, we may be going just a teeny tiny bit too far with this stuff. I get it and yet, I don't.

-GREAT NEWS FOR ME (and hopefully some of you guys too) Suits and Botched have already both been renewed for another season. YEAH!

-If you have some time on your hands, you can watch this entire video, but if you don't, skip to about 20 minutes in and watch Stephen Colbert's interview with Eminem. Colbert guest hosted a tiny public access show in Monroe, Michigan the other day and it's worth checking out here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVPlMM_aSn4

Thursday's Trivia Question: Mitch and Cam tied the knot last season on which show?

I'm taking tomorrow off! If you're interested in my Big Brother rants from tonights episode, I'll be on Facebook or Twitter or something but no post tomorrow. Enjoy the 4th!  WWTM-Kristy Like me on Facebook at Watching Way Too Much
