After a few minutes of browsing the internet for a simple recipe, I decided to follow Nigella Lawson's Banana Muffin recipe. Because I didn't have a few of her ingredients and was too lazy to head out, I made some improvisation. ;)
Here's what I amended from the original recipe:
- 75 grams butter (melted)
- 250 grams self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch of salt½ teaspoon ground cinnamon½ teaspoon ground nutmeg- 115 grams
caster sugar(50g raw organic sugar) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 large bananas (ripe)
- 2 medium eggs
- 125 ml
milk(oats milk) - Cadbury choc chip melts
