We Are No Longer Mundanes

The concept of a science fiction convention being fun was as foreign to me as speaking Greek, that is, until I was introduced to Archon, the St. Louis Sci/Fi convention, last year.  This year was no different. I contacted the awesome Byron Kerman a couple of months ago, to see if I could once again cover Archon for a blog.  The only difference was, it was for a different blog, my own. 
One thing Byron said to us, before the end of the weekend, was something to the effect that we were no longer Mundanes, but a part of the whole of the convention. (I don't remember his exact words, but I think he will understand where I am going with this.) WOW!,  I thought.  Part of the whole.  Kind of a neat concept.
