How to make it?

  • Prepare the sorbet one day in advance using natural fruit extract or fruit juice.
  • Cut flat and square shaped portions of watermelon and cut them into shape using the cutters.
  • Place a tiny scoop of fruit sorbet on the melon.
  • Garnish with a sprig of basil.
  • Freeze for at least half an hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and consume immediately.
  • If you do not like the taste of basil you can replace it with mint leaves. But then again it is the basil that will give you the kick as in a shot.
