2 cups Watermelon (Deseeded and Chopped) 1 tbsp Mint Leaves
Procedure1. Leave off skin(green color). De Seed the watermelon and chop it.2. Then in a blender put the chopped muskmelon and mint leaves, blend it.3. Transfer it to a container. Now the lycopene rich Watermelon and Mint smoothie is ready to be served.If necessary add ice cubes. Note:- I didn't add sugar, as watermelon itself has the enough sweet taste.
