Lionsgate has released the full-length trailer for the sci-fi film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The project is directed by Francis Lawrence and scripted by Simon Beaufoy and Michael Arndt. It is produced by Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik. Music is given by James Newton Howard.

The action-drama movie is based on Suzanne Collins’ novel, Catching Fire. It is the sequel to The Hunger Games and the second installment in The Hunger Games film series.

The first teaser trailer for the film was introduced by Liam Hemsworth at the MTV Movie Awards.

The star casts include Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Lenny Kravitz, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, Toby Jones, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Jena Malone, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Lynn Cohen, Patrick St. Esprit, Amanda Plummer, Bruno Gunn, Alan Ritchson, E. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is scheduled to hit theatres on November 22^nd, 2013.

Plot:

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark.  Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts.  Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
