Birdman showed a side of him that we’ve never known existed on Tuesday’s Wendy Williams Show. Birdman aka Bryan Christopher Williams, opened up to Wendy about his relationship with the living legend, Toni Braxton and how the Bible changed his life.

On Ms. Toni, Birdman had the following to say:

“T, that’s my girl, my friend, my family… that’s my love, my soldier, my life… She’s my life. I love her to death.”

The rapper/producer also revealed that he and Toni have known each other for 18 years, and that their relationship… “Just happened.”

In a vulnerable moment, Birdman shared with Wendy that he didn’t have the word “Love” around him growing up, so when he met Toni and her family it was hard to accept love from them.

“For me, it was just hard to accept love from them. I think Miss E, Miss Evelyn, she’s an angel. She did a great job with all her girls. For me, just growing up in the streets, not having the word love, it was hard for me to accept them loving me and appreciating the love that I brought to the table.”

Bryan then goes on to talk about his new documentary, Before Anythang, which is the story of his life before the music industry.

The record producers’ mother, Ms. Gladys was shot to death when he was two years old, so he ended up homeless and spending time in a boys home in New Orleans.  While living in the Magnolia Projects in Central City, New Orleans, he began committing crimes that would eventually put him behind bars.

Birdman  ended the segment by saying that he was a lost young man, trying to find his way, and then once he read the Bible it changed his life.
