Instant messaging apps such as SnapChat have grown beyond its target audiences, now even kids at age 12 and 13 are using this app to send disappearing photos without actually knowing the consequences of what follows. As parents, it’s your responsibility to educate your children on such matters.
The UK’s National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) has launched an ad campaign called “Be Share Aware,” to to teach kids about online services, privacy risks and how to be careful when using social networks.
