The second look from my shoot with The Bostonista and No Rest for Bridget carried on the boho spirit of the 70's that inspired my first look, this time with a festival-ready fringed kimono and a printed maxi dress.
While it's not at all form-fitted, I love the way the silky material and liquidy cut of the kimono enhances my shape, not hides it. More dressy and special than a cardigan and less buttoned-up than a blazer, it's a great way to cover up when the weather drops, and the fringe gave it an added element of lively movement.
Both pieces are perfect for transitional, seasonal dressing - the dress looks great on it's own for warmer weather, and the kimono is super easy to throw on and dress up (and warm up) literally anything. I can't wait to pair this one by Naked Zebra with jeans and a tank top, and I have a suspicion that it would look fabuloso belted, as well.
