Bruh, I was here for Wale talking about Meek Mill but his little pity party needs to stop. Wale, whose latest release The Album About Nothing was ignored by the Grammys this year, spent a good portion of his yesterday on Twitter, sarcastically remarking on his exclusion from the rap categories.
During his rant, one of his few fans suggested that he and 11-time Grammy nominee K-Dot hit the road together, he had a surprising response: “ain’t answered that phone since the last nomination. I get the Demi lavato [sic] treatment from him now. It’s hard out here.”
Gurl, nobody cares. Keep that isht to yourself. So, Kendrick hasn’t been answering you phone calls. Oh well. What you need to be doing is having a seat. And trying to figure out why your music is connecting with people. Because your a good artist but for some reason nobody cares about your music and that isn’t good. So stop trying to throw Kendrick under the bus and realize why your music isn’t connecting to the mass.
