Did the US Vice president Joe Biden add to his long list of gaffes, is he going senile, or did he tell an accidental truth in a speech at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government last week when he stated that "North America will account–meaning Mexico, China and Canada–for two-thirds of the growth of global energy supply over the next 20 years," replacing what should have been the United States in that statement with China, which everybody understands is not part of North America?
Many will chalk this up to Biden's seemingly never-ending gaffes, but when we consider the multiple previous reports of China owning a record amount of US debt, to how Chinese investors are gobbling up a stunning amount of US real estate and continue to do so at an alarming rate, some might say that Biden told an accidental truth and that China owns the US lock, stock and barrel and the people simply don't know it yet.
You can hear Biden's gaffe-filled speech in the video below by Harvard University and his specific remarks referenced above at approximately the 28 minute mark for those that do not wish to listen to the entire thing.
