Vivo X60 series has been launched with a 120Hz refresh rate and Snapdragon 800 series chipset in India. The X60 series is already made its debut in China which is powered by a Samsung Exynos 1080 SoC back in January. Vivo X60 series runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 OS, The X60 & X60 Pro comes in Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue color options whereas the X60 Pro Plus comes in a single Vegan Leather Emperor Blue option.
Vivo X60 series Specification
All three devices in the Vivo X60 series feature a 6.56-inches Super AMOLED FHD+ (1080 x 2376 pixel) resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a centered punch-hole cutout. Nonetheless, The standard variant has a flat-screen while the Pro & Pro+ variant comes with a curved edge panel. Under the hood, The X60 & X60 Pro are powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset while the X60 Pro+ is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 chipset.
All three variants paired with up to 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. In terms of optics, The X60 & X60 Pro are equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 48-Megapixel (primary) camera + 13-Megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor + 13-Megapixel (telephoto) sensor. Sadly, The standard variant misses the OIS functionality whereas the Pro variant has a larger F/1.48 aperture and Gimbal Stabilization 2.0.
On the other hand, The X60 Pro+ packs a quad-camera setup that includes a 50-Megapixel Samsung GN1 sensor with OIS + 48-Megapixel Sony IMX589 sensor with a 114° ultra-wide lens, and gimbal stabilization + 32-Megapixel (telephoto) lens + 8-Megapixel (periscope) sensor. Lastly, All three models have a 32-Megapixel front-facing shooter. The vanilla model is fueled by a 4,300mAh battery while the Pro and Pro+ boast a 4,200mAh battery. In terms of charging, only the Pro+ variant comes with 55W fast charging support and the other two have a 33W fast charging support.
For connectivity, all three smartphones support dual-SIM, 5G, dual-band WiFi (WiFi 6 on Pro+), Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS), and USB Type-C. Coming to the sensors, They have an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, color spectrum sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint reader.
Vivo X60 series Price & availability
The X60 comes in two storage configuration, The 8GB + 128GB storage is priced at Rs 37,990 while the high end model costs Rs 41,990 for 12GB + 256GB storage. The X60 Pro & Pro+ comes in a single storage configuration of 12GB + 256GB storage, the X60 Pro model costs Rs 49,990 and X60 Pro+ carries a price tag of Rs 69,990. All three smartphones are available for pre-order from March 25 and they will go on the first sale from April 2.
