Gap released a line of t-shirts in conjunction with the art magazine Visionaire.
Rebecca Bay , recently became the creative director of Gap raising the brand to new heights starting with the collaboration of Gap with Visionaire magazine. The first five t-shirts from a series of forty-five collectible tees were presented at The Webster during Miami’s Art Basel. The 5 silver foiled series of T-Shirts are inspired by the current issue of Visionaire 63 FOREVER and will be released in only three hundred copies per each. During the next year will be released another 40 tees with different prints.
We love the idea of treating the T-shirts like a canvas,” explained Visionaire‘s Cecilia Dean “I feel like the Gap audience probably isn’t familiar with Visionaire,” reflected Dean, “so this is a great way to introduce [the project] to a mass audience.”
The Visionaire 63 -inspired T-shirts will be sold at Gap stores in Miami and New York; The Webster; V Files, New York; and online at Net-a-Porter.com from December 6.
