A few weeks ago i was lucky enough to get invited to Kew Gardens for a vintage day out.
The fabulous Rhina works at Kew and had organised to show some ladies around, Tan invited me last minute knowing i'd had a bit of a week at work.
The panic of what to wear hit straight away, i knew these ladies would be very glamorous wearing lovely dresses, i decided to go with blending in to my surroundings in my Voodoo Vixen Betsy dress (i wear a 3x for reference).
Arriving at Kew, i got to meeting lots of wonderful ladies, we chatted for a bit while waiting for everyone to arrive and then set off on our quest to view this beautiful garden.
We had a picnic on the lawns and drew quite a lot of attention from people wanting to know why we were dressed up, was there a special event. Much cake was eaten but soon we were off posing for pictures and entering the glass house.
Tan and i left early as we had to head back into central London to meet her daughter. We went for dinner at the Jugged hare
And then to the Betjeman arms for drinks, were i laughed a lot and had a fabulous evening
