This section shows how the spaces have been created with the intention of allowing views of the surrounding harbour. The spaces at the top of the building have large spans of glazing which have a framed view due to the slanted roof in front of them (this blocks off the view of an existing arcade). The lower spaces, which are accommodation, have been designed with mezzanines to allow the user of the building to have a view of the sea when going to sleep.
