View From Liberty Island

Being in the north-east means frequent trips to New York City. After all it is just a few hours drive now. On our last trip, we indulged in some touristy activities. It was fun, since I was re-visiting these spots after 15 or so years! 

Though nothing has changed there ... except this time around I can document it on the blog. You see, I didn't have a blog back then or interest in photography! ;)

Traveler's Tip: While planing your trip, purchase the tickets in advance. You would save a good hour or two. Especially on weekends. The lines are long and slow.
