- Mekong Delta
After its 2700 mile journey the Mighty Mekong River finally ends up in Southern Vietnam where it empty’s in to the ocean. This rich and lush area of the Mekong Delta is full of paddy fields and quaint little villages and markets dotted along the Mekong, with many of these villages only accessible by boat.
- Ha Long Bay
Ha Long Bay literally translates to ‘bay of the descending dragons’ boasting an impressive 120km coastline and its 1000 islands climbing out of the bay like dragons, this place is has some awe inspiring views.
- Cu Chi Tunnels
One of Vietnams top attractions are the Cu Chi Tunnels, hiding the Viet Cong during the American invasion, these restored tunnels boast over 100km of passageways, and no trip to Vietnam would be complete without seeing this historic attraction.
- Hoi An
This old town dates back to 16th century and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site, this picturesque fishing town is full of glittering pagodas, French colonial houses and Chinese temples. Hoi An lights up during the evening, with a walk along the riverside a must.
- Nha Trang
This beach resort in Southern Vietnam is the place to be after visiting the hectic cities, and there’s plenty to do here; with some world-class dive sites, golf courses and cable car rides across to the Hòn Tre island, you will never find a boring moment in this nice little seaside town.
